Our House

The home of USC Lambda Chi Alpha is located at 720 W 28th Street in Los Angeles, right at the heart of USC’s Greek Row. From chapter meetings and philanthropy events to game days and social gatherings, this is the center of our fraternity experience. Close to campus and full of energy, our house brings brothers together and sets the foundation for friendships and memories that last well beyond USC.

Our chapter is proud to be one of only a handful of fraternities on the row that owns its chapter house, a distinction that reflects both our stability and long-term commitment to USC.

Each semester, approximately 30–40 brothers live in, creating a close-knit environment built on shared responsibility and genuine brotherhood. Our house has 22 bedrooms, 2 large shared restrooms and 2 secondary restrooms, a chef’s kitchen, living room, study room, and the Atrium, our primary social space. We also have a large space behind our house that we use for live-in member parking as well as a social space for larger events, too.

Our home is well known for its social presence. The Atrium has become an icon of Greek life at USC — hosting some of the most memorable events and celebrations on the row.
